For the last 16 years the Urban Music Fest has been rooted mainly in music. This year we will expand the brand to include Afrocentric aspects of culture to help all to better understand how we arrived to our cultural existence.

Our significant investment in our fleet and selection of tents enables our company to offer unmatched delivery and tent options. This is a key differentiator between Adam’s Canopy Service and any other tent rental businesses in ATX. The experience of our tent delivery/install team allows us to respond quickly to urgent needs during an event and also to remove our products from venues promptly following an event.
The Install Process:
Our skilled team meticulously installs each tent manually. Initially, we assemble the frame by connecting corner, middle, crown pieces, and poles. Next, we carefully position the heavy-duty tarp over the frame and secure it directly. Each pole is secured with metal pins, then lifted and placed onto the legs. Depending on the terrain and event requirements, our tents are further secured using water barrels or metal stakes.

Our tent sizes range from 10ft x 10ft to our largest, measuring 203ft x 538ft. If you have an idea, we have the tent for that.

We offer both frame tents and quick peak pole tents, our one on one consultation will ensure you have the perfect tent for your event.

Our tents are crafted from heavy-duty tarpaulin and feature durable aluminum structures. Built tough and expertly inspected and installed.

We have it all! We’ve got more than tents! From seating, tables, linens and lighting to table covers, draping, and lounge furniture, you will find everything you need for your next event. Set-up is included in our pricing model. Our tents must be set up by our Licensed Professional Install Team.
Permitting Process Support?
While we do not directly apply for permits on behalf of clients, our white glove service will help to guide you through the process. Typically, permit applications will be filed by you, your event specifics, and Adam's Canopy tent sizes and any equipment specifics that we will provide to you.
